Our team consists of eight sales representatives who actively visit nine out of ten districts in the country, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support.


Regional Sales Coverage
Our sales representative is permanently based in Nickerie to ensure continuous customer engagement. Meanwhile, the Sipaliwini district is serviced remotely, with orders placed conveniently via phone or WhatsApp and deliveries coordinated through a central warehouse in the capital.

- • Our Sales Team visits clients from Monday to Saturday within their assigned sales regions.
• Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 16:30 PM | Saturday: 7:30 AM – 13:00 PM
- o Order by Phone: If an in-person visit isn’t possible, clients can easily place their orders over the phone for a quick and efficient process.
- o Order via WhatsApp: For even more convenience, customers can send their orders anytime via WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication and quick processing.
While we offer multiple ways to order, we highly prefer in-person orders to ensure the best customer experience and personalized service.

During these visits, our sales team places orders directly through the Amazone Wholesale online store. The customer receives an invoice immediately at the time of order placement.
Order Delivery
To streamline the ordering process, all sales representatives are equipped with tablets that allow them to generate invoices instantly on-site. This ensures that the order is directly sent to the Sales Department for quick processing.
- • Orders are delivered within two business days.
- • For urgent requests, we assess the possibility of expedited delivery to ensure faster service.
